- To execute preventive and breakdown services of chilled water type HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers along with trouble shooting of air-side equipment), as assigned.
- To do pre-commissioning checks and start-up of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment as per regional standards and get Consultant / Client approval.
- To execute preventive and breakdown services.
- Excellent in diagnostics and electrical control of equipment & chiller system.
- Excellent knowledge on electrical & mechanical operation of the system and refrigeration cycle.
- To do pre-commissioning checks and start-up HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment.
- Planning of site activities for effective utilization of resources and for timely completion.
- To lead team of Sr. Technicians, Technicians & Labours to complete assigned scope.
- Execution of job with desired quality, safety and comply with HSSE requirements.
- Coordination with Client’s site representative as required.
- Generate visit report / work completion report / other documentation and ensure job closure.
- Trouble shooting of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipments like Chiller, AHU, Cooling Towers, etc. as required.
- Field working knowledge on Centrifugal / Screw / Recip. Compressors for HVAC&R.
- Lead generation.
- Cost control and optimization.
- Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Internal and external customer service satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of Oracle/SAP system.
