- Manage the sales team, develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expenses controls.
- Meet agreed target and promote of the organization.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotes for the territory, projecting expecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Conduct periodic appraisals for the sales team.
- Organize ongoing training for the department.
- Handling key customer relationships.
- Achieve sales team targets and growths.
- Develop strategies for marketing various offering
- Create demand within various customer problems/ complaints.
- Provide reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities and potential for new products/services.
- Full responsibilities about receivable within assigned sector/accounts.
- Provide assistance to project function, in particular in the fulfilment of technical and design.
