Sales: Negotiate and finalize orders with end users, panel builders, system houses and clients as per guidelines set by division head
Pre-tendering: Meeting key decision makers like end users, consultants, panel builders, system
houses & client to ensure products are specified, which can generate potential enquiries
Tendering: Participating in prospective tenders, by making quotations to enquiries received
Contract Finalization: Follow-up, negotiation and finalization of contracts with customers
Contract execution: Receive, acknowledge, process, execute and deliver orders, in accordance with order/contract obligations.
Payment Collection: As per company policy
Market survey: Regarding Future & Ongoing projects and opportunities, competition activities, customer satisfaction and avenues for expansion and growth
Organizational Requirements: Budget inputs for forecasting, achieving set targets, adhering to corporate policies, code of ethics, quality policies and objectives and social commitments to train
& develop local expertise
Identify new products / KSFs that can generate additional revenues
