- To support the indirect channel sales activities to help achieve Indirect Sales revenue by developing and implementing sales initiatives; to monitor the performance of indirect sales distributors/partners and to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement Indirect Channels initiatives Participate in the Department’s budget planning phase in order to ensure sufficiency of allocated budget to meet the Department’s goals
- Assist in the development of Indirect Channels strategies that effectively support the attainment of the Departments business goals
Enhance the sales strategy for dealers and other resellers
Manage implementation of Indirect Sales strategy down to all sales outlets across the region
- Develop the E Top-up and the digitalization strategy within the Indirect Channel
