To provide a range of support functions in Oracle ERP systems including system health check, system Support & maintenance ,supporting system users & functions, insuring data back-up and recovery, documentation, daily systems support and monitoring to meet departmental goals in line with Companies policies and procedures. To perform the level 2 of support for the ORACLE ERP Applications & Oracle Single Signe On systems.
- Supporting internal users / departments.
- Implementing changes in Oracle ERP & SSO.
- Handling of user, authorizations and their roles.
- Configuration of TT system, Email, SMS.
- Installation/ up-gradation of new or existing systems.
- Handling complains/calls from the users.
- Applications health check and enchantments .
- Attending meetings, discussion with user/vendors.
- Gathering Requirements from Users and operation/development/functional teams for enhancements
- Configuration/Modification & changes.
- Bug identification and fixing.
- Data maintenance.
- Performs other technical duties as required.
