Job Description:
- Responsible for managing an organized and profitable used car department offering a maximum customer satisfaction
- Define and implement targets and suitable measures for used car sales department
- Observe the market for used car sales and initiate marketing activities
- Foster brand building and customer experience building activities across various channels
- Achieve a high level of potential utilization and secure the vehicle retailer revenue
- Ensure online communication with customer according to defined retail standards
