- Coordinate with entire sales team for sales related activities involving:
- To be part of sales review meetings, capture the proceedings and ensure that inputs are recorded and follow ups are done as per timelines
- Prepare sales orders and monitor the sales order until the customer invoice stage
- Maintaining the customer database
- Tender preparation
- Vendor registration at new customer.
- Extending support to sales team for quotations/tender/POR
- MIS management
- Organizing /Scheduling sales review meeting
- Back office support for sales team
