- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Prepare and circulate all correspondence from division such as IOMs (inter office memos), Internal Audit replies, etc.
- Communicate between the executive and employees
- Assist commercial team in their functioning wherever necessary
- Prepare necessary Management reports / dashboards
- Analyze and control debtor as well as stock ageing
- Receive invoices from local vendors and provide assistance in processing the same
- Receive / screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Attend internal meetings and keep minutes
- Make travel arrangements whenever necessary
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
