Summary of the Job Description:
- Proactive and driver approach to business needs to achieve business targets provided. Handled business to a tune of >2.5M USD (Approx. RO 1M) in Refrigeration Projects / Replacements.
- Ability to diversify in business approach and mitigate any challenges to ensure business results are in line with requirements.
- Ability to understand and maintain gross margin as per business requirements.
- Ability to think and provide out of box solutions.
- Determine needs, develop and execute an account or opportunity specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
- Ability to add new clients while retaining and growing existing client accounts.
- Convert leads into potential solutions by qualifying, applying the appropriate sales process, identifying the required project team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
- Being a good team player and keen to upgrade knowledge as per evolving product development and market needs and trends.
- Gather and validate preliminary information via on-line research, social media platforms (LinkedIn), networking, facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements as the case may be.
- Ability to promote service sales business on social media platforms to reach out to key clients and develop them from prospects to clients.
- Responsible for proposal development, pricing and selling strategy for Refrigeration Projects / Replacements.
- Assist customers in answering technical questions on Refrigeration systems, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for site works.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge on ERP / SAP system.
- Working knowledge of HCFC / HFC System / Equipments.
- Understanding knowledge of Ammonia System / Equipments.
- Understanding knowledge on Screw / Recip. Compressors for Refrigeration.
- Understanding knowledge on Cooling Towers / Evaporative Condensers for Refrigeration.
- Experience in Industrial & Commercial applications field like Food & Beverage, Poultry, Dairy, Refrigerated warehouse, Ice Plants, etc .
