Performs complex business analyses of customers’ document output and workflow requirements, including TCO assessments.
- Develops proposal and presentation strategies to meet and exceed customers’ requirements and expectations.
- Achieves revenue and profit growth objectives by utilizing this consultative approach to secure new customers and develop existing Managed Print Services (MPS) accounts.
- Proactively develops new customer contacts through networking and prospecting, reviews leads, and participates in customers’ strategic planning sessions.
- Keeps current on new product developments, market competition, and industry trends – provides feedback to HOD.
- Plans and consults within a team-based work environment to coordinate customer-facing activities.
