Role summary:
- Lead and manage the ICT Operations team to establish a culture of accountability and IT Service Management excellence through effective day to day management of technology professionals and delivers sound business outcomes for Customers
- Extensive knowledge in the operations and support of ICT environments (Avaya/Cisco/Aruba/Huawei/Mitel) and ELV technologies in relation to support, hardware, software applications and networks to deliver stable and efficient ICT services to meet customer needs.
- Experience on the ICT project management skills
- Responsible / ensures team attain the required skills and the technical certification of the vendors.
- Team Management Weekly and monthly Operation review
- Responsible maintaining SLA requirements of the operation department
- Responsible for implementing operation strategy.
