- Implement patches to the target servers using available tools
- Monitor Antivirus update distribution and resolve issues on out of date assets
- Take part in CAB & TAB meetings to table change request
- Follow defined guidelines around patch management
- Liaise with other support functions of IT during patching window
- Create and maintain reports for patch compliance and system audit data.
- Provide recommendations for system automation.
- Document issues and associated resolutions to problems.
- Develop and test deployment packages across Windows, Linux, VMware, Nutanix, Citrix Netscaler, MS Exchange and AD.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Participate in technical on-call rotation.
- Adherence to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility.
