ROLE PURPOSE:
Sales/Collection/Network Development/Team Management for Modern Retail( Hypermarkets/Mass Merchandisers)
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Achieving set targets through a team for designated Channel Partners
- Receivables Management
- Dealer Network/Modern Retail Expansion
- Retention of Team and Motivating them to achieve quality and quantity of sales
- Negotiating Promotions at the Hyper Markets, Maintaining sales records/MIS
- Negotiating contracts and maintain market share of Omasco Products, Visibility of Products at shop floor
- Reviewing sales performance vis a vis annual contracts
