Duties:
- Follow up with the operations team to make sure the car are clean and ready to use at least 30 minutes before the intended trip.
- Make sure the 4[4 is working and all the requirements for off road and desert
- Arrive 15 minutes before the trip start as per the booking timing.
- Greet guests as they arrive, makes a great first impression, and helps them with all the tour information and related tours and local area information.
- Scheduling visits and purchasing tickets to museums, galleries, protected parks, and other attractions ahead of time, if required.
- Planning alternate activities in the event that cancellations, closures, or weather prohibits you from attending scheduled events.
- When required, to accompany guests on land tours and provide assistance and communicate and manage guests expectations.
- Provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization at Muscat Bay.
- Respond to bookings and pricing inquiries, and supply information and quotes.
- Respond to guests’ questions about bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Follow up with guests after the trip to increase the number of positive feedbacks and ensure and concerns are eliminated from future bookings.
- Any other related duties that may arise.
