Ø Once deal is closed, the Leasing Executive & Administrator draft and prepare offer and lease contracts under the supervision of the Line Manager.
Ø Organizing, maintaining of the documents and records related to lease contracts.
Ø Municipality registration.
Ø Monitoring and maintaining all clients paid and dues throughout lease tenure.
Ø Maintaining files for audit and updating of all tenant’s data base.
Ø Participate in team meetings.
Ø Coordination with all Lease Admins and completion before expiry.
Ø Monitoring & coordination of Rent Waivers for existing tenants and turnovers of the leasing.
Ø Clearing and monitoring outstanding from tenants at the time of renewals.
Ø Preparation of Occupancy Reports for all properties
Ø Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and criminal record to determine if they meet company requirements.
Ø Preparing of Tenant Mix and circulation for new properties.
Ø New offers for all the properties acquired by TDC for Retail Leasing.
Ø Meeting new clients, discussion on commercials, closing deals and issuing offer letters for all properties under TDC.
Ø Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and criminal record to determine if they meet company requirements.
Ø Good Communication in mails & verbally for tenant to understand the terms and conditions specially all financial payments written in the offer and lease agreements.
Ø Work in a team environment.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
