We are looking for Arabic Speaking Sales Associate with experience in perfumes retail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers when they enter and leave the store
- Provide them with accurate information of Ibrahim al Qurashi Products through describing the perfume notes, price, and size.
- Compare prices and features across products to help customers buy better to their requirements.
- Maintain an inventory and ensure that stocks are always full.
- Collaborate with fellow employees to provide high-quality customer service.
- Explain and tell customers with any new Ibrahim Al Qurashi Products and offers currently going on.
- Constantly replenish information on all products/merchandise such as price, features, after-sales service, etc. Handle customer questions, inquiry and grievances.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers by welcoming, smiling, and presenting.
- Able to achieve Sales targets
- Led customers through payment processes by ensuring that transactions are accurately handled
- Maintain sellable products and ensuring there is no deficit in the store inventory through a tracking of sold products and restocking the shelfs.
- Ensured that all store areas were properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with the company’s standards
- Set up shelves and displays to ensure that all items are properly stacked and displayed
