Position Summary:
As an HR, day-to-day activities will be working on sourcing the candidate from various job boards, social media, internal database, reference and consultants and handle day to day HR activity.
Candidate Required
- End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, references etc
- Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
- Build & sustain the network of potential candidates
- Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified
- Manage and process HR transactions (including onboarding, new hires, job and personal data changes, organizational changes, Exits, PMS, employee verifications, and background check process , Attendance and Payroll , and administer routine functional HR work).
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity of employee master data entered in HRMS portal
- Liaison with key functional teams to deliver HR transactions : Finance, Operations, Marketing and IT team
- Performs any HR tasks assigned based on established procedure
- Uses data organizing and coordination skills to perform daily work
