Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Omani Interior Designer.
The ideal candidate will be able to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our client’s needs and preferences.
The Interior Designer will work closely with clients to determine their style preferences, budget, and functional requirements, and will develop design concepts that reflect these requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget.
- Develop design concepts that reflect the client’s preferences, functional requirements, and budget.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Select materials, colors, lighting, and other design elements that will enhance the space and meet the client’s requirements.
- Specify furnishings, fixtures, and equipment that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Create construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other design professionals.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior designers and support staff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and design software.
