General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Help create and implement property development strategies, including market research, site selection, financial analysis, and new product introduction.
- Review and appraise land, buildings, improvements, and properties to determine the feasibility of development.
- Develop property development plans, including specifications, budgets, marketing, and financing.
- Develop asset and portfolio management plans.
- Conduct market research and market analysis.
- Design floor plans and site plans.
- Conduct market research and market analysis.
- Conduct feasibility analysis.
- Develop portfolio risk management strategy.
- Develop a capital budgeting strategy.
- Develop a cost-benefit analysis.
- Develop pro forma.
- Identify market opportunities.
- Develop product/service line strategy.
- Develop sales/marketing strategy.
- Develop a financial plan.
- Develop investment/partnership strategies.
- Develop a strategic plan.
- Develop a business plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the client and the line manager.
- This role reports to the program director.
