An exciting opportunity has arisen within the CBS Finance team to assist in providing support to EY MENA Finance within the Treasury team. Besides the EY MENA Treasury Team, this role will also interact with the wider MENA Finance team and other MENA Core Business Service teams.
The role will cover all aspects of Treasury including cashflows, bank guarantees, initiating and approving bank transfers, liaising with banks, maintaining banking portals and finance systems. A key part of the role will involve Treasury projects around the automation of processes. In addition, the role will involve teaming with other areas of the finance team and providing holiday cover for other areas within Treasury.

Responsibilities:
\[ Prepare head office cashflow forecast,
\[ Liaise with local teams, GCO and banks on the opening of new bank accounts, and the maintenance of existing bank accounts.
\[ Manage the amendments to the banking portals
\[ Review bank guarantee requests
\[ Review monthly bank guarantee reconciliations
\[ Liaise with banks on new facilities and the maintenance of existing facilities
\[ Prepare the loan repayment documentation and new drawdowns
\[ Liaise with global teams on the maintenance of the automation of the bank statements into SAP
\[ Liaise with global Treasury team on ad-hoc projects
\[ Maintain the global Treasury Tool
\[ Approval of bank transfers for local offices, following the approval of the pay cycles.
\[ Providing holiday cover within the Treasury team on a rotational basis.
\[ Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting as appropriate
\[ Be pro-active in Treasury projects, as and when required
\[ Active member of the Treasury and Finance team, using initiative and providing insights to improve processes and services provided to the business
\[ Build a network of contacts across MENA CBS functions and within the business
\[ Communicate and assist in managing relationships with all stakeholders
\[ Proactively work on its own professional development
Requirements:
\[ Bachelor’s degree in business or finance field
\[ +3 years of relevant experience
\[ Good command of internal control requirements
\[ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
\[ Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
\[ Proactive, organized and self-sufficient working style with a strong desire to exceed expectations
\[ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross functionally
\[ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn the firm’s systems and other tools as required
