We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Planning Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Product Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company by overseeing the planning and development of our products. You will be responsible for identifying market trends, analyzing customer needs, and creating product strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and specifications.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept development to product launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and drive customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in product planning and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the market.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving business growth.
- Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
