We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Digital Officer to join our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Sohar, Oman. As a Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital transformation initiatives of the company, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital technologies across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's digital strategy, in line with the overall business objectives.
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of digital technologies across all departments.
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance the company's digital capabilities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage a team of digital experts, providing guidance and support in the implementation of digital initiatives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data analytics and insights to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's digital assets, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital technologies, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
