Construction Manager required for a 12-24 month assignment in Sohar.
MUST have recent industrial plant construction experience and able to start within 2 - 4 weeks
- You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, assigning tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team members.
- As a Construction Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing and coordinating all stages of construction projects, from initiation to finalization, guaranteeing on-time completion, adherence to financial constraints, and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
- Your oversight of quality control measures will be instrumental in upholding industry standards and regulations in all construction activities without exception.
- Ensure industry standards and regulations are strictly adhered to in all construction activities through your vigilant supervision of quality control measures.
- Employ your expert knowledge in quality control to maintain unwavering adherence to industry standards and regulations in every construction activity.
- It will be your duty to continually monitor and control construction progress, promptly resolving any concerns to sustain project efficiency.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools for scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation, and the ability to analyze and interpret project data are essential requirements for this position.
