About the Client:
An established consumer retail products provider in GCC.
Job Description:
§ Oversee the implementation and management of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
§ Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
§ Implement employee engagement programs and lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction scores, working alongside Talent Management and Employee Engagement teams.
§ Administer payroll, manage attendance, and ensure accuracy in leave and payroll processing for all employees at the store level.
