The Sales Engineer - Cold Room position in Muscat, Oman, is a dynamic role that combines technical expertise with sales acumen in the catering, food service, and restaurant industry. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of cold room solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized cold room systems that meet client specifications.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring all technical aspects are accurately represented.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the cold storage industry.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Provide post-sales support and training to clients to ensure successful implementation of cold room solutions.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong technical background in refrigeration or cold storage systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
