Job Description:
- Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international maritime regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols, conducting regular audits and drills.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of operational activities, including service logs, compliance documentation, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
