Role Description
We are looking for a Female Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves managing staff performance, coordinating clinical and administrative functions, optimizing patient flow, and supporting the clinic’s strategic and financial objectives.
Jod requirement:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff performance
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow coordination
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and clinic performance targets
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
- Coordinate with physicians and medical teams to optimize patient flow
- Oversee inventory, medical supplies, and vendor relationships
- Handle operational reporting, documentation, and audits
- Support marketing, business development, and patient engagement initiatives
- Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment.
