Key Responsibilities & Activities Lead ERP system implementation, configuration, and optimization across the organization. Coordinate with functional teams (Finance, Projects, Procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth ERP adoption. Manage ERP upgrades, enhancements, and system performance monitoring. Design, manage, and optimize enterprise databases ensuring data integrity and security. Develop structured data models to support reporting and analytics. Develop interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar). Automate reporting systems for cost, schedule, resource, and operational KPIs. Lead integration of ERP with project management systems (e.g., Primavera, EPPM), finance systems, HR systems, and other enterprise platforms. Develop APIs, middleware solutions, or automated workflows for seamless data flow. Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation. Ensure IT systems comply with company policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide user training and maintain system documentation. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree (preferred). Skills Strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support. Strong database management and SQL expertise. Experience in dashboard development and BI tools (Power BI). Expertise in system integration and API development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience 8–12 years overall IT experience. Minimum 5+ years in ERP implementation and system integration roles. Must have experience in Power BI Dashboard developments. SQL Database Management and Integration expertise. Experience in construction / oil & gas / EPC industry Primavera integration exposure (added advantage).
