We are a recruitment agency looking for a Remote Interview Coordinator to manage and coordinate online interviews between clients and candidates. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and fluency in Hindi, English, and Arabic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the interview process and supporting the recruitment team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate online interviews between clients and candidates.
- Arrange interview schedules and confirm availability with both parties.
- Attend interviews remotely and facilitate communication between client and candidate.
- Translate and clarify information between Arabic, English, and Hindi when required.
- Ensure candidates are properly prepared before interviews.
- Follow up with clients and candidates after interviews for feedback and next steps.
- Maintain interview records and update recruitment information.
- Support the recruitment team with daily interview coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or candidate coordination is preferred.
- Ability to conduct professional online meetings.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple interviews.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online meeting platforms.
