Job Description
We are a recruitment agency seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator – Recruitment to support our recruitment operations and candidate sourcing activities.
The main responsibility of this role is to coordinate with recruitment agencies and sourcing partners, obtain suitable CVs based on our manpower requirements, screen candidates, and ensure continuous follow-up until suitable candidates are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily with recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
- Source suitable candidates according to specific job requirements.
- Request, collect, and organize CVs from agencies.
- Review and screen CVs against the required qualifications and experience.
- Follow up continuously with agencies regarding pending and urgent requirements.
- Search for alternative sources when suitable candidates are unavailable.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, agencies, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal Operations and Recruitment teams.
- Ensure CV requirements are completed within the required deadlines.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with agencies and candidates.
Working Conditions:
Full-Time Remote Position
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Monthly Salary: USD 200
