1.Should have experience of operation in Transformer manufacturing industry.
2.Should have experience of Operations overseeing sales & marketing, design, production, quality control, purchase, administration & HR.
3.He will be the Profit Centre Head with full P&L accountability. He should have a track record of successfully managing operations in similar facilities.
4.Strength in design and technology trends and experience in GCC countries would be an added advantage.
5.Should have excellent leadership and people management skills and ability to structure competitive bids and negotiate with Govt. utilities and large private customers.
6.Shoul have experience in strategic planning and should be able to devise and execute growth strategies through product design improvements, efficient operations, production planning, improvements in manufacturing techniques, develop new markets, new customers, cost control, product design improvements to meet the customers requirements of high spec transformers, efficient and cost effective procurement.
7.Should also have experience in setting up green-field projects and/ or scaling up operations
& exposure to Business Development.
