Food and hospitality for Chairman, Managing Director and guests.
Managing Phone Calls.
Managing and registering college in bound mail.
Tasks as assigned by management.
Managing Relation with partner’s entities.
Responsible to up keep of the Executive office.
Coordination with MEC departments.
Executive office hospitality.
Managing executive offices correspondence.
