1. Relations with the regulatory authorities like the MOH, Manpower, Commerce Ministry, Municipality, Immigration, ROP, Funding Authorities and the similar organizations.
a. Creating a strong networking for the organization
b. Effective management of the challenges between rules set by authorities and its implementation given the market dynamics
c. Proactive measures to avoid concerns from the authorities
2. Maintain relations with all leading relevant Omani institutions, Public institutes like the Government Hospitals, senior personnel in key positions.
a. Develop and execute plan on the bottlenecks with the Agencies for issues like Visa blocks, compliance cases, maintain access to decision makers.
3. Create a plan to ensure compliance issues are in place, relationship issues and local sentiments are managed to achieve an ongoing high-level relationship with these bodies.
4. Pro-actively work on issues, which could cause any issue such as Manpower, MOH checks, MOH ensure prior and follow up compliances.
5. Manage any internal and external crisis with the bodies including communication and communication with the society.
6. Handle high-level customers’ Interact with the local media to generate local visibility, Arabic communication oversight.
7. Develop and Implement plans to safe-guard the welfare of the Omani employees through:
a. Formulating a plan to identify and recruit good Omani talent
b. Build employee engagement plans to retain and provide progressive growth for Omani’s
c. Ensure efficient productivity among the Omani’s employees
d. Regular communication sessions with Omani personnel to ensure they are aligned and committed to the goals of the organization with respect to Service excellency, Quality assurance, Excellent care and Profitability
8. Monitor and report these relations on course for further Management and Investment objectives.
9. Works with the community to look for opportunities of CSR/ Marketing camps activities including speaking opportunities for Hospital personnel. Assist in Local based tie-ups and to help create access to business related opportunities, look-out for Government related opportunities
10. Work on Legal communications as required with Authorities, law firms & local contractor compliance.
11. Managing and Developing OMANI workforce
