•Facilitates technical Drilling training courses in classroom, Training rig; Presents information through the spoken and written word; Presents information through demonstrations and hands-on training.
•Provide on Job coaching and mentoring for candidates in field when it is required
•Continuously improves technical Drilling training programs, objectives, exams and skill evaluations to meet business and regulatory requirements
•Demonstrates extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and applies that knowledge to ensure the Company's compliance to those requirements.
•Demonstrates the Company's compliance to regulatory requirements, Identifies new training requirements and builds a business case to gain management support for the requirements.
•Understands the needs of the Training Rig operations and meets those needs.
•Manages multiple tasks to ensure a good running of the training Rig.
•Assist on problem solving, continuous improvement and training programs development.
