In this position you will be supporting the sales teams to translate clients and sales requirements into functional and technical specifications, develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, assist customers in understanding how to integrate IF systems in their environment, setup projects and oversee their performance. In addition, you will be consulting and making recommendations on how to improve processes and offer alternative scenarios.
Collaborate with members of the operations, IT and Sales teams and other business functions to:
• Ability to hit the ground running and deliver operational efficiency and improvement
• Ability to lead a team of people towards a specific objective
• Ability and interest in leading specific service projects and managing them until completion
