- Responsible for all QA operations directly
linked to the production output schedule.
- Drives Performance Excellence culture through continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
- Collaborates with planning group on short and long term production scheduling
- Supports optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures for new and existing products.
- Actively interacts with R & D to ensure effective new product transfer to operations, Including translation of customer requirements into company's cable specifications
- Ensure Quality Systems requirements and standards are met in the production of OFO Optical Cable products .
- Participates in internal as well as external audits, complaint resolutions, document review/ upgrade /approval, etc.
- Participates in the development of the company's business from a QC management position.
- Provides daily leadership to the QA team.
- Safe working environment and ensuring correct staff training and awareness.
- Responsible for meeting QHSE health, safety and environmental interlinked plant goals.
