Our client is an internationally recognised manufacturer of engineering products for the global oil and gas market. They operate in over 70 countries worldwide and have a strong and expanding presence across the GCC.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Manager with technical experience across valves, manifolds, chokes, wellheads. Reporting to the General Manager you will;
- Maintain existing customer base by meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations across service and maintenance contracts.- Achieve your targeted sales turnover by expanding the regional client base and building strong relationships with key decision makers.- Maintain up to date knowledge of new products and service offerings.- Prepare presentations and proposals based on in depth review of customer specifications and commercial requirements.- Assume responsibility for the resolution of any customer service issues that may arise.
In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous, technical experience across the sales and servicing of surface wellheads for the oil & gas industry. Preference will be given to those individuals whose experience has been developed in a manufacturing environment.
Together with a minimum of 5 years technical experience in the sales, repair and servicing of wellheads, you will have excellent knowledge of engineering principles and practises as well as a strong commercial acumen. You will be a self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems and it is essential that you hold an Engineering Degree. Only Omani nationals will be considered for this positions.
