The MIS specialist is responsible for supporting business and product teams; creation and publication of organization wide reports; liaising with key stakeholders on MIS related activities and deliverables; creating, monitoring & standardizing MIS policies and procedures across business intelligence unit within the Bank;
• Data management: Manage customer centric data from various databases and liaise with various data teams
• MIS Execution: Deliver consistently on simple/complex MIS/campaign tracking reports. This would require an understanding of various reporting tools and techniques and the ability to apply the relevant tool/technique to create reports as per the business requirements
• Campaign Management: Execution of tactical campaigns for the business through upload and post campaign MIS/tracking on ongoing basis.
• Business Knowledge: Develop business context and knowledge. Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with own immediate team. Establish trust and confidence with the business partner teams. Liaise with key stakeholders on MIS related activities and deliverables.
