Responsible for Credit Card Operations, Central Clearing, settlement, along with payment and reconciliation GLs, having strong view on credit cards procedures and issuance processes
Having strong knowledge on Credit card Process - Credit card daily settlements / Reconciliation of credit card payments file & manual payments updates / Posting of core banking transaction / Settlements of cash advances & reconciliation of accounts / Charges reversals in system & posting of financial entries for the requests received from Business, Monthly & quarterly reporting to Central Bank along with Visa and Master.
Having workflow of Card creation process such as creating customer and card / Generating PIN and issuances & Relevant CRM amendments of customer data
Specialized in compliance & internal control with relate to diverse aspects.
Operations Leader with experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments concerned with the production, pricing, and products & services.
Overall planning, resource allocation, progress monitoring, communications with branches, business areas and delivery of multiple products within defined delivery channel.
Manage all Projects and ensure all process in place
