Commercial Manager - Oman

One of our clients is on the lookout for a qualified Commercial Manager.
About the Client : They are a major MEP company based in GCC with a number of high profile projects across the MENA region. This includes private and public projects that equally require top quality project and commercial management. It is for this reason we are seeking a Commercial Manager to add to their already strong team of leaders. About the location : Based in Muscat, Oman.
About the Position: This position requires extreme attention to detail and would suit someone with broad experience in Commercial management for projects related to high rise, low rise, towers, hospitals, universities, complex, residential, schools, mosques etc.
Salary :
Equivalent to 50-55000 AED per month (Inclusive of basic, housing, transport, education, family air tickets) +Family medical insurance
Requirements Bachelor of Engineering- Civil or QS
Extensive experience in MEP projects
Excellent leadership skills Experience in MEP companies/ General Contractors (no consulting or owner background)
Ability to work autonomously 6 days a week
Middle East experience
