Follows up with the Fleet Control Supervisor, regarding discrepancies in vehicle maintenance and repairs, reviewing related report.
Provides instructions and guidance regarding vehicle abuse and unreported accidents.
Coordinates with Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Management regarding break downs and malfunctioning, providing feedback to the Vehicle Control Controller.
Performs occasional spot checks on vehicle cleanliness, providing remarks accordingly to the Fleet Control Supervisor.
Follows up on vehicle inspection, coordination with the Fleet Control Supervisor, the Governmental Affairs and the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Coordinates with the Governmental Affairs regarding vehicles registration, Mechanic process, Driving license and other related governmental and legal issues.
Sends work progress report to the Vehicle control Controller
Follows up with the Car Wash Foreman and Fleet Control Supervisor on number of vehicles washed per day.
Performs spot-checks on follows up on vehicle and cabin cleanliness.
Reviews and approves vehicle washing schedule, follow up on execution with the Fleet Control Supervisor.
Reviews and approves Automatic washing Machine schedule.
Follows up & coordinates with the Communication & Procurement Department regarding side panels on vehicles, reporting status of completion to the Vehicle Control Controller
Estimates, on yearly basis, needed material, equipment’s and manpower in comparison with previous expenditures and send related report to the Vehicle Control Controller on periodical basis.
Monitors overtimes hours, ensuring not to exceed the set number of hours per individual.
Reduce expenditure of budgeted material and tools during expected low seasons
Coordinates with concerned department to secure the provision of needed materials.
Assists the Vehicle Control Controller in budget preparation.
Approves subordinate attendance, manpower sheet and leave request, as per work requirements.
Inspects disciplinary action requests, as per Supervisor recommendations, forwarding requests to the Vehicle Control Controller.
Assesses subordinates performance as per set criteria, recommending incentive payments for staff members
Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the organization
Responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to his/her job requirements
Responsible for reporting to his/her superiors’ occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect the environment, health, safety and company reputation.
Performs other tasks and activities as requested.
