Reports to: Functionally to QA/QC Coordinator and hierarchically to Client Manufacturing Quality Lead/ Client Project / Asset Quality Leads
Duties and Responsibilities
Comply with Company HSE standards and lifesaving rules.
Inspect materials received at Majan / Site Material Receiving Inspection facility and cross verify with appropriate documentation such as PO, ITP, Client Specifications/ Procedures, DEPs, MESC/SAP requirements and applicable international codes & standards.
Generate inspection report and daily/weekly/monthly inspection status reports.
Ensure that NCRs are raised for identified non-conformances and register maintained.
Identify/segregate and control non-conforming materials.
When requested, provide input, and monitor Vendors to verify compliance with applicable engineering documents, standards, codes and legislative regulations.
Compile and submit monthly performance data.
Help establishing and support the Project Lessons Learned process.
Provide input to quality reports identifying quality performance, issues and trends.
