 Support all activities of the Organization Management Office (OMO) to drive transformation activities and cultural change within the company
 Appoint third party service providers needed to support OMO's transformation, review or implementation activities
 Coordinate the involvement of external parties to support the company's project execution improvements and ensure compliance with necessary initiatives
 Review performance of external parties and make suggestions on further involvement
 Closely monitor and assess performance of executives and key personnel
 Ensure implementation and submission of annual key staff performance through confidential reports Intervene in case of personnel failure by documenting performance shortfalls and suggesting consequence management measures
 Implement and enforce consequence management to demonstrate that underperformance is not tolerated
 Carry out independent performance analysis and advise Head of OMO on promotions, replacements, or fresh hiring for key positions
 Ensure the right people are on board at Galfar to drive cultural change
