Support all activities of the Organization Management Office (OMO) to drive transformation activities and cultural change within the company
Appoint third party service providers needed to support OMO's transformation, review or implementation activities
Coordinate the involvement of external parties to support the company's project execution improvements and ensure compliance with necessary initiatives
Review performance of external parties and make suggestions on further involvement
Closely monitor and assess performance of executives and key personnel
Ensure implementation and submission of annual key staff performance through confidential reports Intervene in case of personnel failure by documenting performance shortfalls and suggesting consequence management measures
Implement and enforce consequence management to demonstrate that underperformance is not tolerated
Carry out independent performance analysis and advise Head of OMO on promotions, replacements, or fresh hiring for key positions
Ensure the right people are on board at Galfar to drive cultural change
