Support all activities of the Organization Management Office (OMO) to drive transformation activities and cultural change within the company
Create and maintain transparency on the company's overall business situation and transformation status
Increase transparency for CEO and the board on status of transformation initiatives to create pressure on executives to achieve set targets
Conduct periodic review of transformation activities and continuously monitor progress
Provide outlook of the company's future situation along with risk factors
Identify and review transformation risks by highlighting issues along with view on mitigation options
Inform Head of OMO about transformation progress to apply pressure on executive team and to create a more performance-oriented culture
Investigate reasons behind failures to achieve the goals set and report on shortcomings
Provide independent analysis and identify root causes of transformation failures to advise Head of OMO on adjustment of rules and policies of the company
Prepare clarifications on management reports and highlight potential areas for improvement
