Job summary:
To coordinate and satisfy requirements of all units through the provision of an efficient and effective personnel planning, recruitment and selection service (expats and Omanis)
Identify and manage competent agencies to support talent acquisition
Plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities for the employees of the organization to enhance productivity and quality of work and to ensure retention and motivation
