Our client is a multi discipline Engineering and Construction Company, executing major EPC projects in Oil & Gas and other sectors including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works and is now looking for Senior Construction Expert to be based in Muscat, Oman.
Job summary:
The company SWAT team will comprise of 4/5 high performing, hands-on, senior construction experts. While the scope of SWAT team is wide and will evolve over time, the team is responsible for tracking on-site performance across all company projects, identifying and implementing change initiatives to drive on-site performance, developing the capabilities of company’ project managers, and where necessary directly intervening to turn around project performance.
