- Formulate health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with best practices as well as thelegal requirements in Oman to support a healthy and safe work environment
-Develop and implement QHSE measures and procedures on project sites incl. measures to ensure contractors, suppliers and consultants comply with defined standards
-Provide adequate quality and HSE support to projects including resources
-Ensure the quality of works including the materials as per specifications and requirements and advisecorrective measures to rectify quality issues when needed
-Monitor HSE performance of company and verify that it stays within parameters
-Ensure project delivery and perform project execution reviewsTrack and analyze all accidents and suggest continuous improvement of standards, policies andprocedures to avoid repetition of similar incidents and to prevent other incidents
-Conduct project audits to evaluate risk levels, to assess enforcement of QHSE compliance by project managers and to ensure continuous supervision from a QHSE perspective
-Review and oversee HSE plans and reports to suggest policy improvements and measures implementations to increase safety on-site
-Organize and coordinate with HR team to provide QHSE trainings to all employees
--Conduct external auditsDevelop, implement and manage and document business processes Manage, train and develop direct reports
-Conduct periodic performance reviews
