Financial
• Develops process to ensure a systematic and timely issuance of purchase orders to the suppliers.
Customer
• Enhances suppliers and internal customer’s satisfaction by ensuring timely execution of activities involved in procurement process as per business requirements.
• Reviews pending PR/PO requests, reconcile and expedite if any delays.
Process
• Ensures continuous improvement in quality of service by reducing potential errors in procurement process.
• Create, update the supplier’s database on periodic basis. Plan, organizes and executes all routine activities in a manner to avoid roll over to the next day.
• Monitors daily PO vs. actual receipts and reconciles if any differences.
• Ensures communication channels across supply chain network are open and accessible. Ensures compliance to company policies and guidelines.
Capability
• Generates daily pending PO report and follow-up for closing the open POs at the earliest.
• Adapts process changes if any quickly and implements it accordingly.
• Develops methods to expedite and speed up the overall order to delivery TAT.
