Design District Architects is a newly founded design firm in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
specializing in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and architectural visualization.
Since its startup, the firm consisting of a small but rather powerful unit of two architects in charge, has been able to establish a solid ground in the Omani market with a very reputable network of clients, contractors, real estate developers and investors.
Currently we are seeking an experienced and talented 3D Artist to join its exciting and expanding architectural design team.
Job description
A 3D Artist with a maximum of 3 years’ experience is now required by the local office.
Ideally applicants will be architects with good communication and presentation skills.
This role would suit an individual seeking a smaller organization where you will be able to take responsibility for assigned projects and develop their already sound skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Strive to attain the firm’s goals relative to design excellence in architecture and interior.
- Possess knowledge of current visualization trends and practices within the design industry.
- Represent the business within both initial and continued clients meetings.
- Work with the various team members in the development of concept design packages.
- In conjunction with the Design Director and Project Manager, determine the project design review procedures to be conducted and ensure adherence by all team members.
- Organise and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
- Working with project directors and team leaders to develop architectural drawings in coordination with sub-consultant and other discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any other related field (required for residency)
- 1-2 years of experience in Architecture and interior design
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to showcase artistic works in a portfolio.
- Collaborative personality and willingness to work with other artists.
- Artistic talent and computer skills.
- Technically acknowledged with execution drawings and have significant experience in generating all Cad drawings is a not essential but highly preferred.
