A polypropylene CPP film manufacturing company based in Oman is seeking a technically qualified person in this client servicing role.
Key Result Areas of this role will be in project management, Claim handling and product management. This will involve acquiring an understanding of all the ongoing projects of CPP film with various end users/converters about their current / future technical needs. This would in turn require developing relationship with “key technical personnel” of the customers to have an edge in gathering business information. The role holder will also be responsible for investigating customer’s complaints and suggest required course of action to the internal team to resolve the issue in an effective manner. Additionally, obtain accurate customer’s requirements, process specification & end users application to provide the right quality of product and to enhance customer satisfaction. He should facilitate designing the recipe and the process parameters for developing the specialty CPP film. In short act as a bridge between customer’s technical team and company’s technical team and ensure communication flow always and for providing the Technical Data sheet & Product specification to the customer as and when required.
